Mr. McKenna attended Touro Law School on a full academic scholarship.  He graduated in 2009 and earned the distinction of Salutatorian of the Evening Division.  After graduation, he worked for a firm in Suffolk County specializing in employment discrimination matters.  

Building upon his experience advocating for the elderly and disabled, Mr. McKenna opened his own law firm in 2012. 

The Law Office of Erik J. McKenna, P.C. concentrates in the areas of Elder Law, Medicaid applications for nursing homes and community-based home care, Estate Planning and Probate as well as Real Estate transactions.

Mr. McKenna is licensed to practice in New York State and the Eastern District of New York.  He is a member of the Elder Law Section of the New York State Bar Association as well as a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association.
